There are  6 basic pizza toppings

They are freshly rolled & ready to eat in less than 3 minutes! 

Margherita (v) – Traditional hand rolled thin Italian style pizza bread, fresh pizza sauce topped with mozzarella cheese, a splash of pesto oil & fresh Basil leaves;

Hot and Spicy –Margherita topped with red onions, jalapeño peppers, & a HOT piri-piri sauce.  Add chicken or pepperoni for a more meaty pizza;

Pepperoni  - Margherita topped with slices of spicy pepperoni;

Fungi - Margherita topped with fresh button mushrooms, smoky oil and tarragon; Optional extra - Add 100% gammon ham; 

Beetroot - Traditional hand rolled thin base Italian style pizza bread, fresh pizza sauce topped with boiled Beet, mozzarella, red onions and pesto oil;

Spinach & Chicken  – Traditional hand rolled thin base Italian style pizza bread, fresh pizza sauce topped with baby spinach, mozzarella cheese and roast chicken strips with a pesto oil.

or....Go Free Style! choose up to 3 toppings of your choice to create your own! leave off the cheese and/or meat for veggie/vegan.  

Oils/Sauces – Balsamic Glaze, Garlic Oil, Pesto Oil, smoked oil; Hot Piri-Piri.

Daily Specials/Wedding selections -

I change these often but here are some of the more recent ones:

  • Garlic Bread with tarragon - with or without cheese;
  • Maneesh Flat bread - served with Hummus dip;
  • Buffalo cheese Margharita;
  • Wilted spinach with chestnut mushrooms and crushed walnuts;
  • Roast chicken strips with Derbyshire smoky bacon bits & a balsamic glaze;
  • Roast chicken strips, courgette strips, pine nuts and pesto oil;
  • Pancetta, Brie and pear;
  • Venison sausage and red onion;
  • Crispy seaweed with dark soya sauce;
  • Veggie Delight - button mushrooms, black olives, onions and sweet salad peppers;
  • BBQ chicken strips with sweetcorn;
  • Lahmacuns - Turkish fat bread.  Spicy (hot!)  minced lamb & pine nuts with fresh basil and a cooling yogurt.
  • Meat Feast - Gammon ham, pepperoni & chicken strips.  with pesto oil or make it HOT with Piri-piri;
  • Feta cheese, caramelised onion, mushrooms and runny honey;
  • Spinach & Artichoke garlic oil;
  • Indian Roti - Flat bread, spinach, olives, cheese and pesto oil;
  • Sweetzza - Crushed Jaffa cakes, chocolate sauce with mini marshmallows!
